Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident. If something doesn't work for you, we want to make it right.

1. Free Plan

Business Doctor™ and the basic MBIS™ Growth Intelligence features are completely free. There is nothing to refund for free plan usage.

2. 7-Day Refund Guarantee

If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us at [email protected] and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to your first payment on any plan. We want you to try BizMaxim™ with confidence.

3. After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We consider: • Technical issues that prevented you from using the service • Billing errors or duplicate charges • Significant service outages during your subscription period We do not offer refunds for partial months or for features you chose not to use.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends.

5. Duplicate Charges

If you have been charged more than once for the same period, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Duplicate charges are refunded in full within 3–5 business days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email: [email protected] Subject: Refund Request — [Your Email] Include: Your account email, reason for refund, and transaction date. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
