BizMaxim™ provides Business Doctor™ — a free AI-assisted business growth consultation service. Business Doctor™ helps business owners understand their business better, identify growth opportunities, and receive a personalised growth prescription. The service is informational and supportive in nature and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice.
The Business Doctor™ consultation is provided free of charge. No credit card or registration is required for the basic consultation. Certain advanced features within the MBIS™ Growth Intelligence dashboard may require account registration or a paid plan.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use another person's account or share your credentials with others.
You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to access systems, data, or accounts you are not authorised to access; (c) submit false or misleading information; (d) interfere with or disrupt the service; (e) use automated tools to scrape or harvest data without written permission.
All content, branding, product names, logos, and software associated with BizMaxim™ and Business Doctor™ are the intellectual property of BizMaxim™ or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
BizMaxim™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or revenue improvements. Business Doctor™ provides guidance based on the information you provide — results depend on your specific circumstances and implementation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizMaxim™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
